To participate in the conference it’s mandatory to buy a ticket from the conference website.
Our team will check all of the tickets to make sure that all attendees respect our conference participation criteria, clearly shown on the ticketing page.
If the participation criteria are not respected, the Organisation will cancel the ticket and return the full amount paid.

The ticket is nominal and transferable, with the conditions indicated in the following points.
Each participant can purchase a maximum of one ticket, and a maximum of 4 participants from the same company are allowed (including companies of the same group). This rule applies even in case the ticket is transferred to a third party.
Tickets can be acquired only on official Scale pages, until the conference day.
If tickets are not available or the conference is sold out, register on the waiting list and reach out to the Organization to get additional information.

If you are unable to attend the conference, a replacement delegate may be sent to your place at no extra charge. Notification must be sent to the Organisation and received before the event commences.
To this end, the attendee needs to contact the Organisation by writing to [email protected] to communicate the name of the person to whom would like to transfer the ticket.
If the ticket holder is not interested in transferring the ticket to a third person. This option is not allowed for invitation tickets or free tickets.

The Organisation does not allow shared registrations. Each registration allows the admittance of one person only.

For individual and group attendee bookings, payment is required either at the time of booking. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing with the Organisation.
Change of Program Content, Format, and/or Event Timing
The Organisation will endeavor to ensure that conference programs are correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately, we may need to alter the program before or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to change the format of the event postpone the event (where no refund will be issued) or cancel the event.
The Organisation is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, format change, postponement, or cancellation of an event.

Any estimates or representations made by the Organisation as to the number or make-up of event participants are based on market research and experience and are estimates only and not a guarantee or warranty as to the number, actual identity, purchasing power, or level of responsibility of attendees at a Scale Show and Scale Open events.

By registering to attend the conference, you hereby agree to receive occasional email communication from Scale Organisation, and a small selection of event partners.
